Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is an open world action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on 27 October 2002 for the PlayStation 2 console, on 12 May 2003 for Microsoft Windows, and on 31 October 2003 for the Xbox console.

 

The story tells the beggining of Tommy Vicetty in his criminal career. When the story starts, his boss takes him out of prison bacause he wants Tommy to give a lot of drug to a very dangerous gang. But something goes wrong, he loses the money and drugs, so his boss gives him no option, he recovers all or he is dead.

During his adventure, he meets the most influencial people in Vice City to recover his freedom, and at the end, he kills his boss and becomes free.

Great Success of Rockstar Games: GTA San Andreas

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was released on 26 October 2004 

The game tells the story of a ganster, Carl Johnson that after five years on the east coast, returns to the city of Los Santos, San Andreas to find numerous fellow gang-members dead and enemy gangs having dominance of the city. He must take over the city and get his old gang back on top before the city destroys itself.

The story is setted in 1992 and is based in the enmity between the gangs Bloods and Crips, the crack epidemic, the Rampart scandal and Los Angeles riots.

The game was released for PlayStation 2 in 2004 but now it's also avaiable for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, computers and even mobile phones!



 GTA San Andreas obtained the puntuation of 95/100 and it's considered the fifth best video-game for PlayStation 2.

What is the game about?

Setting

Grand Theft Auto 2 is set in an unspecified time in a retrofuturistic metropolis called "Anywhere, USA", but the game's manual and website uses the phrase "three weeks into the future"^.fictional journal entries on the Grand Theft Auto 2 website suggest the year to be 2013, but rather the in-game references suggest the game to be set in 1999
The City is split into three levels, or "districts". The first level, Downtown, is a hub of business activity as well as the site of a large mental institution and university. The second area, the Residential District, contains the city's prison, a trailer park with an Elvis-themed bar dubbed "Disgracelands", a shopping mall, and a giant hydroelectric power plant. The third and final area is the Industrial District; it holds a large seaport, a meat packing plant, a Nuclear Power Plant and a Krishna temple.

Grand Theft Auto 2 retained the viewpoint of Grand Theft Auto, as well as the car-stealing/telephone-answering formula of the original. The player has the ability to explore cities on foot or in various vehicles. The objective is to achieve a certain score. On achieving this goal the player then can proceed to the next level. Doing missions awards the player more points than any other method but are not essential for completion of the game.

Third edition of Grand Theft Auto: GTA III

Grand Theft Auto III appeared in 2001 and was developed by DMA Design (now it's known as Rockstar North).
This game is very important in the history of GTA games because it was the first that presented a playing enviroment and was made in 3D.
It was available for PlayStation and Xbox players, everybody can play GTA III in a computer or mobile phone.

The plot

While robbing a bank in Liberty City, Claude is shot and betrayed by his girlfriend and accomplice Catalina. Although he survives the wound, Claude is arrested and sentenced to ten years in prison. While he is being transported in a prison van, Claude and a prisoner called 8-Ball are inadvertently freed after an attack on the police convoy, and escape to a safehouse. 8-Ball later introduces Claude to the Leone Mafia crime family; Sex Club 7 which is owned by Luigi Goterelli, Don Salvatore Leone, his Capo Toni Cipriani, and the Don's son Joey Leone and it starts a thrilling history in which the main character will have to survive to several criminal groups.
